Many sellers on eBay have New York Giants decals for corn hole boards, and they also have corn hole boards in custom Giants colors. What are the official corn hole rules?

Many of you, having just found out what corn hole is, may be wondering what the exact rules for the game actually are. So, I went to the official American Corn hole Association website and looked into them. Here is a quick outline of what I found out:

First off, you need to under stand the layout of the Corn Hole “court”, here is a image explaining it best:

Corn Hole rules court layout

As you can see, the two platforms are laid 27 feet apart from base to base, and the person pitching the bag must stay behin the “foul line” for it to be considered a fair shot.

You can play either singles or doubles. Meaning two or four players, teams or singles. When a corn bag is tossed, it can do one of three things.

  1. It can land and stop on the board, resulting in one point.
  2. It can land in the hold, resulting in 3 points.
  3. Or, it can land anywhere besides on the board or in the hole (on the ground haha) which results in 0 points.

At the end of each round, you total up each teams points and take the difference to decide how many points are awarded. For example: If team A puts 1 bag in the hole and team B puts one bag on the board, Team A only scores 2 points (3 points from team A) – (1 point team B). You play until one of the teams reaches 21. As far as pitching rotation in game, the team that scored the previous round, pitches FIRST on the next round.

These are the BLATANTLY simple corn hole rules I hope you enjoy!
